Casa Dewi is oceanfront in Paradise Coves, in the Punta de Mita area, with direct access to the sand and open Pacific views. It is outside the gates of the private Punta Mita resort community.

That distinction matters when planning a stay: Casa Dewi gives you a private home on the wider coastline, while golf, private beach clubs and resort amenities are not represented as included unless access is confirmed in your written quotation.

Punta de Mita village and El Anclote

The nearby village waterfront centers on El Anclote, where beachfront restaurants, surf schools, shops and boat operators make an easy starting point for a day beyond the villa. Dining ranges from relaxed seafood by the sand to more polished evening meals.

Pacific days

Depending on weather, sea conditions, season and availability, the Retreats team can help arrange surf instruction, paddleboarding, fishing, snorkeling, boat excursions toward the Marietas Islands and seasonal whale-watching outings.

Every activity is optional and confirmed separately. The coast can also be enjoyed more simply: an unhurried morning at Casa Dewi, lunch near El Anclote and sunset back at the villa.

Getting here

Most international guests arrive through Puerto Vallarta International Airport (PVR), approximately 45 minutes away by road. A private transfer can be arranged on request.
